Dr Quan Ho graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland Dental School in 2000. Following graduation, he spent the next 8 years working in both public and private general practice in Brisbane and London, during which he developed an interest in the field of endodontics. After a 10 years in general dentistry, Quan returned to the University of Queensland and completed a three year Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontics in 2008.

 

After becoming a registered root canal specialist, Quan commenced his own endodontic practice in Townsville, North Queensland from which he has been serving the North Queensland community for the last 14 years. 

 

Quan is a highly experienced and well regarded clinician, having lectured extensively on oral health at the University of Queensland and also presented continuing education lectures to members of the Australian Dental Association. He also takes part in regular meetings with other dental specialists to discuss clinical cases and share learnings.

 

Quan holds membership in a number of professional associations including the Australian Dental Association, Australian Dental Association of Queensland, Australian Society of Endodontology, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Orofacial Pain.  

 

Outside of endodontics, Quan is an avid golfer and gardener who enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is married with two lively young daughters who keep the rest of his time occupied!
